Railroad Days 2021 Vendor Sign Up

VENDOR SIGN UP IS NOW OPENED 
Vendors will not be accepted after September 17th, 2021 at  12pm

Event Date: Saturday, September 25th 2021    9:00-2pm

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2021 Clayton Railroad Days Festival. Vendor space is on a first come first serve basis and no two brand name/companies will be the same. All vendor spaces are self-contained and will need to bring their own tables/chairs/tents/electrical cords etc. Vendors are responsible for their own trash and cleanup of their area. Electric is VERY limited and not guaranteed (especially if outdoors).

Non-Profits will be invited by the Clayton Historical Society since spaces are limited. (See Non-Profit Web Form). If you are a non-profit, and have not been invited, please feel free to fill out the non-profit form as well. We will get back to you. You may be asked to show your non-profit legal status. Political parties will not be able to sign up for a vendor space, but can walk around and speak to the crowd.

Please check the vendor list of the current vendors that have already been signed-up and approved. Please do not sign-up if your company/vendor brand is already listed. Food Trucks have a different rate and will be placed in the “Food” section in the parking lot.

Vendors must arrive between 7:00 am-8:45 am and ready to do business by 9:30 am at the latest. Shoppers sometimes come as early as 9am. However, late arrivals will be turned away since roads will be blocked. Food Trucks may come earlier if needed, please let us know.

Any vendor displaying inappropriate items or material will be asked to leave.

Please check email leading up to the day, since this will be the main source of communication for the festival. You will receive a map of your space within the final week before the festival. Please come with that map on hand so you can begin your setup promptly.

By filling out the following form, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to the above information  and I will not hold the Clayton Historical Society, its volunteers, or the Town of Clayton liable for any loss, damage, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses that may be incurred by my involvement with the Clayton Railroad Days Festival.

Refund Policy:   If a cancellation of vendor space is needed before September 17th 12pm,  a full refund via PayPal (the same way in which the payment was made) will take place if you let us know before September 17th 12pm. Different types of refunds are not allowed. The refund will take 3-4 business days to show back to your PayPal or bank account. If you are having issues seeing your refund, you MUST contact PayPal, not the Clayton Historical Society. The Clayton Historical Society cannot be held responsible for banking and technical issues between your bank and PayPal. We can email you the refund transaction receipt, however, there will be no further documentation to be sent.
If you are in agreement with this refund policy and the way PayPal works (whether you have a PayPal account or just a guest user), feel free to continue to the vendor sign up form.
