Thank you for your interest in becoming a NON-PROFIT vendor for the 2021 Clayton Railroad Days festival. Please know that NON-PROFIT sections are limited and will be by invite. If your organization did not receive an invite and you want to let us know your interest, please fill out this form below and will see if there is any available space.
Non-Profit vendors must arrive and set up between 7:30 am-8: 45 am and ready to do business by 9 to 9:30 am. Late arrivals will be turned away since roads will be blocked. Please be prepared to submit a copy of your Non-Profit Tax document the day of.
Any vendor displaying inappropriate items or material will be asked to leave.
Please check email leading up to the day, since this will be the main source of communication for the festival. You will receive a map of your space within the final week before the festival. Please come with that map on hand so you can begin your setup promptly.
By filling out the following form, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to the above information and I will not hold the Clayton Historical Society, its volunteers, or the Town of Clayton liable for any loss, damage, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses that may be incurred by my involvement with the Clayton Railroad Days Festival.
