Christmas in Clayton will be held on Sunday December 3rd 2023 at 12 Railroad Ave, Clayton, Delaware. (Directly across from the Post Office in the parking lot)
Take a stroll through Clayton, shop with the outdoor vendors, purchase your Christmas Tree, enjoy the parade and the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Did we mention Santa will be there on his hay ride?
List of events:
– Breakfast with Santa at the Clayton Fire Department 8am- 11am (ticketed event / visit www.clayton45.com)
– Outdoor Vendors and Food: 2pm-dusk (Sign up here on the form below)
– Christmas Parade: 5pm (Contact Stacey Hutson at 302-670-0064 for all parade inquiries)
– Tree Lighting Ceremony: Following the parade (6pm)
– Visit the Tree Lot
– Christmas Hay Rides (young children need parental supervision while on ride) 2pm-4pm
VENDORS: By filling out the following form, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to the refund policy described below, and I will not hold the Clayton Historical Society, its volunteers, or the Town of Clayton liable for any loss, damage, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses that may be incurred by my involvement with the Christmas in Clayton Festivities.
Cancellation of reserved spot and Refund Policy: If a cancellation of vendor space is needed before November 24th, a full refund via PayPal (the same way in which the payment was made) will take place if you let us know before November 24th by 12pm. Different types of refunds are not allowed. The refund will take 3-4 business days to show back to your PayPal or bank account. If you are having issues seeing your refund, you MUST contact PayPal, not the Clayton Historical Society. The Clayton Historical Society cannot be held responsible for banking and technical issues between your bank and PayPal. We can email you the refund transaction receipt, however, there will be no further documentation to be sent.
If you are in agreement with this refund policy and the way PayPal works (whether you have a PayPal account or are just a guest user), feel free to continue to the vendor sign-up form. We may not be able to accommodate sign-ups after Nov 24th.

Vendors set up time starts at 1pm. Please bring a table and anything needed to conduct your sales. Remember no alcohol for sales or consumption. You should begin packing up your items by or before dusk as we will not have any form of light. Feel free to leave as early as you need.
SETUP: This is an OUTDOOR event. Setup spot locations will be assigned on a first-come basis (on the day of) to ensure the space is being filled efficiently. You may arrive anywhere between 1pm-2pm and will be directed where to set up. Only vendors on the reserved list below will be allowed to set up. Please bring your table and/or tent.
